I love to know how things work, from big things, like how the universe works, to something simple as why clocks tick. Wikipedia, tvtropes and other information repositories tend to be like crack to me. I've often ended up going to bed at 8am thanks to getting lost trying to absorb every piece of information I can find.
I have a strong computers and technology bent, you'll find that my apartment is full of various gadgets and computers often in various stages of being dismantled. I've been into technology since a young age, my parents encouraged my tinkering despite the large number of household appliances which never ended up quite working properly after I'd gotten hold of them.
I'm originally from Adelaide which I moved away from 5 years ago. I moved to Sydney because I wanted to live in a bigger city which is more vibrant and full of life, oh and somewhere you can order pizza after 9pm! I've travelled to many places in the world and I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather live.
I've been luckily enough to travelled all over the world. I've travelled both for work and pleasure. Places include all over Europe, from Ireland to Turkey, many places in North America and a couple of places in Asia. I'd love to see South America and south part of Africa eventually too.
I've been lucky enough to have a great job, become financially independent and live in a great city. Recently I've been working on trying to lose weight and been branching out and trying different hobbies lately. The part of my life that is missing is someone to share it with!
