My friends would probably say that I'm fun and affable, and that any celebration wouldn't be the same without me! At the moment all of my friends are getting married, so I have had lots of opportunity to shine! The rest of the time, I try to be as down to earth as I can be, and take life as it comes.
I enjoy the small things in life as well as the big. I would love to meet someone who would fall about on the floor laughing with me simply because we were pulling silly faces at each other, but would also enjoy kayaking or surfing with me on my annual trips to Devon and Wales.
Most board sports
Doing the splits (remind me to stretch first!)
Beat-boxing in the shower
Accidentally tearing through the seat of my trousers while showing off and doing the splits!
When I say that I like an eclectic range of music, there are very few exceptions that I will not give an opportunity or outright enjoy, and even those genres are not exempt from exceptions! That said, the highlights are Ska-Punk, Rock, Rap, House, Disco and of course a little Heavy Metal!
I enjoy a lot of movies but the classics that I keep coming back to watch are The Matrix, Anchorman, The Crow, Don't Mess With The Zohan, Limitless, Equilibrium, and Warrior. I'm also a bit of a mainstream geek - I love the comic book movies and TV, but most true geeks would put me to shame!
A good book to read
A good pair of skate shoes ('normal' trainers don't feel right)
Some good food every now and then
A really good laugh once in a while - I mean those laughs which bring tears to your eyes.
Does everyone see the same colour in the same way? I mean, do I see blue as blue, but you see that same colour as what I would call red? How could we go about figuring this out?
What would I teach myself if we could download things into our brains like The Matrix or Joss Whedon's Dollhouse?
You don't think G&T is a girly drink, or whisky a man's drink.
You think that Robert Downey Jr is a baws.
You think Anchorman is hilarious.
You think that Pimms O'Clock is anytime the sun is out.
You consider yourself a closet geek (or an actual geek!).
