I have a terrible time sleeping, staying asleep or anything to do with sleeping.

In the process of looking into what masters program I would like to apply to. I enjoy nursing but not sure if its where I want to be in the medical field. I have always wanted to be in forensics, medical examiner for example.
2. wine- I know it sounds silly but wine seems to be able to read my body chemistry whether it be that I need to be calmed down, need a good buzz or some confidence.
3. a nice cozy feel good blanket
4. music. Theres always a song to say how you feel even if you can't put your thoughts into words
6. sunshine. I hate Indiana winters when it's so dark and blah... unless it's a thunderstorm. I love those
