My self-summary
I'm a recent college graduate who grew up in the Bay Area. I'm now working for an investment fund in San Francisco and one of the items on my bucket list is to meet a pretty girl from a dating site. :P

Sometimes I read the following descriptions in people's profiles and this is what I think:
"I like to think I'm an easy going person" = I don't like to think very often
"I like to have fun." Really? Who doesn't like having fun? Think about it. What do you like to eat? food?
What I’m doing with my life
Now more than ever I'm looking inward to answer questions about what I stand for, what my goals are, and how to reach those goals. My overarching desire is to realize ambitious goals while making it one hell of an enjoyable journey along the way. This I think is the ultimate accomplishment. I'm still chipping away at what these goals are, and I'm still putting a lot of thought into how to be happy and engaged in the present but I hope with practice I'll manage this delicate balance masterfully. :-) Since that's a little vague, professionally I'm currently working in the investment industry and I hope to one day be the owner of a successful start-up.
I’m really good at
cuddling. If you want to attempt the guinness world record for longest cuddle let me know.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm pretty tall, athletic and white (4 years playing a college sport) so in appearance I might come off seeming like a jock. But I have a goofy, light-hearted, and introspective personality which you wouldn't guess just by looking at me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I haven't read a book that has left a great impact on me in a while. But I'm extremely curious and enjoy different genres so I'm happy to take suggestions. I'm always picking up books and reading through the first few chapters only to become more interested in a different unopened one. If you have a suggestion I'd love to hear it! Why does it seem like everyone on here has "Ender's Game" as one of their favs? I just read it recently upon hearing that it's one of the best sci-fi books of all time and couldn't help but being disappointed. Anyone who has that book listed as one of their favs feel free to chip in. :-) Don't watch too much TV but I do enjoy sitting down for an hour every now and then to watch the Daily show and Colbert Report. Favorite foods, that's an easy one: Japanese trumps all other ones. I could eat sushi each meal of the day. Greek food (gyros), burritos, pizza, and burgers come in a close second. I have a HUGE appetite.
Six things I could never do without
I could never live far from the beach. My idea of a great time is definitely running back and forth between the seawater and your towels and horsing around with your friends. Surfing, Boogey boarding, beach volley ball, soccer on the beach. Then lighting a camp fire and drinking beer and listening to music. Ahhh, take away all of life's pleasures but leave just this one.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to live the best conceivable life and where is my other sandal?
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
sometimes I talk out loud to myself to psyche myself up while I'm driving to work.
You should message me if
you're interested in making an awesome new friend.
