My self-summary
I used to run around in the woods as a kid, I'd climb trees amd rocks, go swimming in the river, and constantly run through sticker-bushes. But ever since I've moved to New York, I've had a pretty rocky relationship with nature(did you see what I did there?).
I just spent some great time out west hiking through a bunch of national parks, and now I've realized that I have to find a way to get to nature more. So I'm going to buy a car and try and make it out of the city as much as possible.

I really want to go mini golfing on governors island. I'd like to say mostly to experience Governors Island, because despite being here for 7 years I've never been, but it's really mostly just for the competition. I love games, I'll play any game, and if I lose, I'll just want to play more until I'm really good at it. Except basketball, I do not like basketball. Please don't ask me to play basketball.

I don't always thoroughly read directions. Hence my shitty profile name.
What I’m doing with my life
I started a woodworking business last year, and we're currently trying to make a go of that and become better designers and builders. I've done a lot of custom tables and shelves, and also done some builds in offices in manhattan. I really love the work, and am constantly just trying to hone my skills.
I’m really good at
seeing the first part of sunrises, simpsons quotes.
The first things people usually notice about me
My hair is pretty long
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I listen to the Beatles, Tom Petty, and radiolab, sometimes some other things, but mostly just those. Also, like everyone else in the world, been listening to serial. But it's kind of weird for me, being from the place that it takes place. Just so you know, I don't remember there being a pay phone at the best buy.
I haven't been reading as much lately, but I love John Steinbeck, Philip K Dick, Murakami, and pretty much anything dystopian.
I like movies that slow burn. Punch drunk love, inside llewyn Davis, and Nebraska are a few that I've watched recently that fit this bill.
Six things I could never do without
house parties
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging at my place talking to my roommates or whoever stops by.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Life is difficult and spelling is hard.
You should message me if
If you want to have conversations and adventures. Definitely message me if you think those things are better with a bottle of bourbon on hand.
