My self-summary
Ah, OKC. The internet's one-stop shop. Here I can find a considerably-worn couch, concert tickets, and possibly love.

Wait, most of that is Craigslist. Let's try the last one here, at least.

South Carolina -> North Carolina -> Maryland.
What I’m doing with my life
I am a community organizer for a nonprofit based in the Mid-Atlantic. My goal is to shut down the two incinerators in Baltimore City, as well as establishing an incentivized recycling program. Shifting how we handle trash means more jobs for the city. :-)

I also am a survivor advocate, and volunteered at the local rape crisis center until I took on my job. In April '15 I was on a panel discussing the Black Lives Matter movement as it relates to the sexual assault of black women.

I'm approaching my final semester of grad school, pursuing a Masters in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Baltimore.

My political career is on hiatus right now, but I do plan to jump back in in the near future.
I’m really good at
not being able to whisper.

being a goof. It's kind of funny how serious I want to be career-wise.

Games of the board and card persuasion. (Where are my boardgame lovers?!?)

Contradancing. I've been dancing for ten years, and I've the knees to show for it. Never been? Let's do it.

Ping pong.
The first things people usually notice about me
is that I actually am a wacky, waving, inflatable, arm-flailing tube man.

My mom.
Yogurt raisins.
The New England Patriots - Super Bowl Champs, baby!!!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
relationships, social justice, why so many people still vote for Republicans, why it's so damn hard to make friends, my next band's name.
On a typical Friday night I am
(under construction).
You should message me if
I can stand in solidarity with you, and hold your hand concurrently.

What I'm seeking in a partner is someone who knows (at least, somewhat) what they want to do with their life. Or, they *knew* what they wanted to do with their life, but then had a quarter-life crisis and has hit the reset button four or five times, then ran away leaving a them-shaped smoke cloud. I want someone who will challenge me, but also encourage me, and I'd return the favor, all the while engaging in shenanigans.

If I sound potentially interesting, don't hesitate to send a "hi" or more. ^_^
