My self-summary
I never know what to say. I'm something of a writer/poet/musician. That sounds so pretentious, but I don't know how else to define myself. I have more favorite writers and musicians than i can list, and it kind of depends what mood I'm in when asked, but I especially like Palahniuk and Bukowski, as well as Burroughs.
I'm an animal rights activist, and I don't consume them. I've mellowed on the alcohol and chemicals quite a bit, but I still enjoy a good time.
I have fun everywhere I go, and always find time to laugh. That's the most important thing to me. I'd like to say I'm humble, down to earth and all that, but those that say that usually are not.
My ideal partner would be adventurous, a free spirit, witty, an animal lover, and very creative. If that's you, then hit me up
What I’m doing with my life
Right now, I'm a server in a restaurant in the west end of downtown dallas and I've worked in various restaurants for over 10 years. It's what I'm good at, but not something I want to do forever. At some point, I'd like to finish my degree, majoring in social work. I'm dedicated to the plight of the homeless, to the addicted, to those suffering from mental health issues, and to animal rights. Those various fields is where I'd like to direct my energy and usefulness
I'm also dedicated to writing and making music, though not for money ($ would be great, but it's not my motivation). Creating art is as necessary to me as air
