I also have five-year-old twins (a sampler pack), primary care of whom has been my job for the past four years.
I don't have a lot of free time.
I am profoundly grateful for the amazing people in my life who keep me so busy. I well recognize how privileged I am in that, for the moment, having a profile on OKC can be just a lark. Friends often joke and gossip about how well they match with other friends and acquaintances. I'm curious to test my suspicions about my own matches. I also have an interest in OKC that could accurately be called "academic"--not all that long ago, my job was to research and teach about digital cultures, and I am still drawn to explore and discuss how people make use of social networks like OKC in their everyday lives.
I am not, exactly, here to meet anyone--neither am I at all adverse to meeting someone here who fits me and my life at this time.
I gravitate towards queer poly kinky switchy snarky foodie nerdy funny artsy outdoorsy folks. I am fairly active in the DC area kink scene, especially with DO--I discuss some of my interests more specifically on The Fet Life. For the time being, I'm leaving off OKC any sort of resume detailing education and employment, hobbies and habits, desires and distastes. I plan, however, to keep answering OKC's questions in the coming weeks and I look forward to seeing what matches my answers bring.
