My self-summary
I'm building a robotics startup.

Proof I'm not a robot:
- I race sailboats.
- I spin fire poi.
- I turn wood.
- I teach an led cloud class.
- I phone banked for Bernie.

Proof I am a robot:
- I read 51 nonfiction books in 2015.
- In 2016 I switched to academic papers because they have a - - higher bit rate of Information.
- I taught a 600 level class on machine learning.
- I'm convinced I'm close to making artificial consciousness.

I am looking for an intellectual who enjoys talking about science and technology.

I would rather spend a free hour learning about random things like how the brain encodes visual information in V1 than an episode of the walking dead.
Do that enough and your head is either filled with the names and actions of people on TV or filled with applicable knowledge.

You are what you do.

I think it's important to push and be pushed to excel. The harder I'm pushed the more I accomplish. (There is a time to relax too every once in a while)
What I’m doing with my life
I graduated from Mercer with a masters in computer engineering. May
2013.

I worked at a sweet awesome day job for a while then switched to creating a startup. I race sailboats (thistles) and play with fire poi.

I am on the board of a tech based nonprofit in town.

I'm trying to make the world a better place with my projects.
I’m really good at

I have real fandoms in Movies, TV, anime, fiction, video games, DnD, and stuff such as:
Valve, Big Bang Theory, Game of thrones, Hitchhiker's guide (The books), V for Vendetta, Trigun, and lots of other stuff.
However I actively try to fill my head with better things.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why we haven't solved problems like hunger and homelessness?
What is going to happen when we automate everything?
How the world could move to a post scarcity society peacefully?
How does the brain work?
How do some of my Republican friends so completely reject reality in their conspiracy theories?
How to make robots mainstream.

On a typical Friday night I am
Usually making something,
usually with big power tools,
sometimes with alcohol.
Sometimes with fire! Muahaha!

I think a great date is making wooden bowls on a lathe.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm ticklish :P

I'm kinky and a switch, its not everyone's thing though and that's alright.
You should message me if
Just do it.

I dare you... :P
