My self-summary
Let's take this offline :) No, I don't have an accent. Yes, I sound like I belong on the radio.

Half Indian, one quarter German, one quarter Scandinavian. I am quite a real mix! Born in NY, raised in Ohio, performed in competitive opera when I was young, but the opera didn't call me back... So instead I have my own consulting business in apps and entertainment and I love to travel the world over.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to make each day count. Training for my next race. Solving my friends business issues, relationship problems, and being a good networking connector in under two glasses of wine! I love to help friends make videogames. Really. Your brothers and guy friends will think it's cool. (Maybe you will too).

- I am a self-employed entrepreneur helping companies succeed in mobile apps and games and entertainment. It's my life, I love it and the people I work with and I am passionate about it.
- I love language so I'm trying to learn Dutch and explore the part of me that is Dutch.
- I love to travel, even at a moment's notice, and with family flung across the Western States I'm working on finishing my private pilot's license.
- Although I am already Scuba certified, I'd love to get Advanced certifications.
- I've thought about buying another motorcycle. Talk me in to it / out of it.
- On the mid-term bucket list is a desire to do more real estate investing. Real property is fun, and is a nice balance to the intellectual property I work with all day long.
I’m really good at
Subscribing to too many wineries. Window shopping for expensive items, and buying every now and then :) Living like a native in foreign lands a few times a year. Last trip: Sweden / Germany / Holland. Before that: Japan, including Tokyo and Kyoto. before that: King's Day Celebration, Amsterdam. Next trip: Indonesia and Cambodia I think. Where do you think I should go?
The first things people usually notice about me
My laugh and how I don't miss a thing. How I'm an old soul that hasn't lost touch with being playful and fun. How I'm an intense, A-type at work and how I try hard to shed that when not at work :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Action movies, duh :) I get bored with a lot of TV so I tend to stick to CNN, CNBC, Discovery, Travel, and Science channels. I love to learn about history, archeology, exoastronony, art, and worldly cultures. Lately, I'm reading more about buying real estate overseas and how to think more about the biomechanics of the human body so I can push myself. Just added "The Volcano Adventure Guide" to my list. Reading all I can about the Brexit craze and wondering if I should hedge in Pounds.
Six things I could never do without
Adventuring around the world. Drinking deep, rich red wine with (some!) bread and cheese. Eating more greens. Having alternatingly brainy and funny conversations that leave me happy and feeling so awesome. The satisfaction of sweating after a workout. The technology I choose to have in my life that (hopefully!) lets me live it better. And sushi. :) And laughter. And knowing it's working out better than I had planned.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to do the things that make me happy everyday. How to volunteer more! Foreign travel. Technology. Yoga. Spinning. Flying, more often. Sailing, less often. Scuba Diving. Running. Having an awesome life-sidekick and partner-in-crime, and the fun and mischievousness and adventures we could get into.
On a typical Friday night I am
No Friday is typical. The last four Fridays: 1. On a plane to LA. 2. Out with friends at a killer japanese place. 3. Meeting up with the friends to drink a bit and play poker. 4. At home multitasking with TV, catching up with my sister, and trying to balance investments but Netflix is on and ohhhhh ..... Just one more episode I swear.
You should message me if
You are passionate about your life and career.
You eat smart and stay fit and active.
Your compass points to 'adventure' when you travel.
You sometimes choose to help those who can't help themselves. When you do, you feel better about making the world we live in a bit more compassionate.
