I like reading collections of interviews with writers; William S Burroughs , Philip K Dick, Luis Borges, Hemingway( who was full of shit for his exaggerated self destructive masculinity, and mediocre writing.) etc On the tongues of fallen angels is a really great collection of interviews with several different well known novelist/poets/painters. It doesn't focus on their creative process, but more of a written portrait of the person being interviewed.
