My self-summary
Me? Just a girl, traveling the to spend a moment of time together?

Here to find people to share passion and compassion, stimulating conversation, wit & wisdom, ideals, random thoughts, information exchanges, life experiences.

I place high value on Community, Communication, and Commitment: I believe they are essential to any relationship one has, be it with themselves or another:

Community: service to your group helps foster understanding and empathy for others. Civilizations rise and fall without an understanding of what it means to help another, with nothing expected in return.

Communication: Its not easy to say what's on your mind, but I will always appreciate your attempts to help me understand something. In fact, without conversation there can be no growth in a relationship. I may not always like what you have to say, but sharing personal truths means we take the things we don't like, try to learn from them, and move on down the path with some insight & knowledge.

Commitment: Where do you stand? What do you want from life? What are your personal values? I'm not much for fence sitters (unless that's your kink); life is too short to not have some understanding of self. Hell, I'm not saying you have to know your every cell and essence, but if you are just living to pass time, I think you are wasting something precious.

I'm a clever bit, and I enjoy conversation with other clever creatures. If I sound interesting, feel free to shoot me some random question, and let's see what we can create.
What I’m doing with my life
School. I have my LPN, looking to advance to BSN. Currently I sling sex toys for a living. As far as sales go, it could be way worse :) I love talking to people about things that make them happy.
Beyond that? Living every day as full as possible. I am not money driven, but I need it to fund all my experiences. I work only as much as I need, and spend my time looking into all the things in this world that I find's a pretty big list!
I’m really good at
I'm an excellent Sense Offender ;)

Playing my MGMT Pandora station constantly

writing research papers at the last minute

forgetting to hop on the light rail because my nose is in a book

I am an excellent roadtrip co-pilot; fuck GPS, give me the map book!
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile, I use it a lot, sometimes warmly, sometimes snidely, sometimes with a wolfish undertone, but always open and full front.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
This is always the hardest, most tedious, boringest listiest of things to do on a I am going to be slightly ridiculous and type exactly what I could say in one giant, heady, rush of breath:

BOOKS-love them, sleep with them, smell them and let them take me places, the library is my BFFFF...MOVIES-fuckyeah, sci-fi, action, adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, indie, docu, drama, foreign, anime, combo of the above oh and did you like the one of the book turned into a movie??Discuss!...MUSIC-oh FFS- damn near anything does it have a beat can I dance to it?? Theatre, Opera, Musicals, Museums, and can we PLEASE stop to see the largest ball of yarn and/or the rock shaped like baby Jesus??...TV-talk nerdy to me, or just turn on the PBS (all day every day)...FOOD...

OK I have to take a breath, because food to me deserves its own words: I love to cook, I love to eat out, I am not picky, as I love food from Ethiopia to Vietnamese and everything in between. That being said, I believe we, as a society, need to go back to spending more time, money, love, and effort, into making and taking care of what we put in our mouths (insert joke here).
I don't eat a lot of meat, and prefer to know where it came from. My eggs are $5 a dozen from the farmers market, and worth every penny (dee-licioussss). I don't eat pork unless it comes from butchers and farmers I know. I LOVE FRUIT. A plate of fresh-from-the-ground veggies turns me on. If your main food groups include McD's and KFC, 1) I just threw up in my mouth and 2) thank you for reading.

If my rambling food militancy hasn't scared you, de-groovy!

*Now with more rambling!* Ratatat, Amanda Palmer, Joe Haldeman, Peter S. Beagle, REPO: The Genetic Opera, The Last Unicorn, Miyazaki, The History of Costume, Across the Universe
Six things I could never do without
Books (yes that's seven, sue me)
A Towel (obviously I ignore the 'rules' when they don't apply)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. You know the picture of the stick figure with the chaos rainbow vomiting out the back of their head?? That's me. i think intensely about many topics: world hunger, the new season's pantone colours, what restaurant to add to the list, the plight of endanfered baby alligators, the next scary movie to check out...there is a lot going on. I promise you, talking to me is not a passive activity, but very fun and rewarding.
On a typical Friday night I am
Typical is rubbish. I could be having dinner and drinks with friends, relaxing at home with Netflix after a nice afternoon hike, walking around downtown getting lost in the crowd, the list goes on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cry at movies. Sometimes even cheesy cartoons or sci-fi. I get so caught up in the story sometimes. And I am not talking a tear or two, though that can happen. i am talking sobs and sniffles, and great, heaving, gulps of breath so I can cover the sound and no one will notice. (It never helps but I try)
You should message me if
You are looking for more than a glorified cum bucket.
Be real, and honest. If that's what you want, go get it!
I have nothing against that, I am currently looking to be something more. It's fun, but not my current role to play.
The two of us
