My self-summary
I enjoy traveling for both the food and seeing new places; it's an invaluable way to grow... especially around the waist. I'm a member of PETA (People for the Eating of Tasty Animals). Hiking the Son Doong caves in Vietnam is a bucket list hike.

I consider myself a struggling feminist (it's so much more challenging with male privileges the lack of a vagina) so if you are trying to explain to your guy friends why the hell they should shut up about a women-only screening of Wonder Woman, i got your back.

I also like playing board games. Recently joined a climbing gym. Currently at a v1 level.
What I’m doing with my life
I've been living in San Francisco since 2000 and have been designing video games for the last 13+ years.

I love to cook + eat. I volunteer with my friends usually once a month.

Bouldering and trying to lose some weight. I miss pasta!
I’m really good at
mac & cheese. I once made flaming hot cheetos mac & cheese for a friend's birthday. Despite being somewhat more introverted, I can also get extremely extroverted; get up onstage and perform in front of hundreds. It really isn't such a big deal if you're having a good time.
The first things people usually notice about me
people seem to love my hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS: I listen to about 30-60 minutes of audiobooks a day. I like adventure stories (Sherlock Holmes, Dune, Alexander Dumas, Patrick Rothfuss, The Expanse series, Harry Potter, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Shirow Murasame) as well as learning non-fiction books (the Design of Everyday Things, the Omnivore's Dilemma, Cooked, Heat, Kitchen Confidential).

MOVIES: Tampopo, The Three Amigos, Galaxy Quest

TV: Expanse, Game of Thrones, Airbender + Legend of Korra, Westworld, my friends got me into watching Terrace House

MUSIC: CHVRCHES, Chairlift, Hall & Oates, Claude Debussy, Bowie & Queen, some Broadway tunes, and do yourself a favor and check out my brother's amazing up and coming (now ex)band Stone Cold Fox

FOODS: fruits, caramel pear ice cream, italian, european charcuterie, sushi
Six things I could never do without
excluding the usual answers: hot showers, tasty meats, being creative, talking face to face, somewhere comfy to sleep, alone time
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how do i shorten this profile?
On a typical Friday night I am
playing boards games or out eating/drinking with friends or coworkers.
