My self-summary
I'm Chris, I just moved out to Henderson. I have a pretty wide variety of interests that always present me with something to do at any given moment, and I really can't think of the last time I've been "bored". I enjoy watching/playing sports. I like to read and write. I'm pretty passionate about my work. I work in advertising, and I definitely devote a lot of time and energy to my career, but I'd like to think I always make some time for a cold beer with friends or a night out with someone special.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in advertising. I graduated with a degree in copywriting, but now find myself on the not-so-creative side of advertising, but it's still fun and I love it.
I’m really good at
I like to make people smile and laugh. I'm also a decent cook.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm pretty positive about life and like to talk.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite TV show of all time is Scrubs. Beyond that, I have a pretty long list of current shows that I like to keep up on, including, Modern Family, New Girl, Don't Trust the Bitch, Raising Hope, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, Big Bang Theory, Bones, Castle, Community, Doctor Who, Fringe, Franklin & Bash, Happy Endings, It's Always Sunny, Once Upon a Time, Suburgatory, The League, The Office, and Walking Dead.

Movies...I don't know, I like a lot of movies. I think Star Wars and the Godfather belong on Top 10 lists. I'm not going to list them out here, but I probably lean towards comedies, sci fi, and action/adventure stuff, but I'm pretty easy. As long as the company is right, I can pretty much watch anything.

Music. I enjoy pretty much anything besides opera or techno. Aside from those 2 types of music, I'm sure I've got someting on my ipod that would cover just about anything else. That said, I listen to music much less than I used to. I still enjoy it, but it's not a big part of my day.

I love food. Though I've been eating very healthy, I LOVE cheating with a steak and potatoes night. I'll normally have a salad for lunch that I made and some salmon, or chicken for dinner. I'm far from preachy. I'm just staying healthy. Also..a favorite snack...peanuts.
Six things I could never do without
1. Family
2. Friends
3. Money
4. Computer
5. Internet
6. Books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future...
Where will I be geographically? In my career? Whom will I be with? I don't get too caught up in not living life today...but it is an interesting mystery.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm almost always doing something I'm enjoying. That might be catching up on TV, reading, or doing the normal Friday night going out. It depends on my mood and what the people around me are interested in doing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a big geek. I played all sports all throughout high school. I love to watch sports. I read a lot. I enjoy sci fi. I enjoy comic books. I like to lift weights and ride my bike...because I do NOT run. Whatever it is that I am, I'm proud to be that, because I like me, but I do think I'm pretty unique, having a foot in many different areas of life. Not just "brainy" or "comic book geek" or "jock" or "country boy". I'm a little bit of everything, and I like it like that. It's fun being able to walk into any situation and find some common ground with most people.

Message me if you...
1. Like to laugh
2. Can take a compliment without us getting into a fight because I said you were beautiful
3. You can recognize sarcasm and I don't have to explain how and why I didn't really mean what I just said and it was intended as a joke.
4. You can throw that sarcasm and sassiness right back at me. I don't want to be in a relationship of mean-spirited one upsmanship, but I like to know that the woman I'm with likes to dish it out with a devilish smile, just as easily as she can take it.
5. You're ok with me being an ass (not asshole). I like to think an ass is playful and never meant to be hurtful. Again with the sarcasm...that's just kind of my personality.
6. There is a minimum amount of intelligence that I'm looking for. That being said, I have no idea what that is. We're not talking rocket science here, but I'd like to think that some kind of deeper conversation, if it came up, could be had.
