My self-summary
Synopsis: I spend life at the intersection of art and technology with some outdoorsy fun to balance things out. I write software to pay the bills, own a photo studio to fulfill a dream, and rush into burning buildings to make a difference.

Seeking someone who approaches life with intensity and purpose.
What I’m doing with my life
Making a ding in the universe.
I’m really good at
Intubating people in a moving ambo
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Tom Robbins is my favorite wordsmith. I keep a kindle close all the time but appreciate the tactility of dead trees.

Pink Floyd, and classic rock is where I'm at musically. I pick a up a guitar a few times a week.

I'm an adventurous eater. Lately Ethopian and thai have been staples.

I love hockey too. Sadly, can't play after a broken ankle, but I'll go to a hawks or ads game any time.
The six things I could never do without
Ok, I guess Im assuming Maslow's list of needs are a prerequisite.

Education (degrees are sexy)

Unix (chicks dig unix, right?)

art (well, ya gotta wash the dust off of life somehow)

the lake (I teach sailing and used to run a sailing school)

a counter culture (something to unbalance the equation just enough)

strong women (physically and mentally.)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The irony of publicly posting private information notwithstanding:

Homonyms bug me more than they should.
