My self-summary
Be forewarned: I am supremely awful at selling myself.

I think that I'm a pretty good guy. I'm honest and almost always try to do the right thing. I always wash my hands after using the toilet.

I'm originally from New England, but I grew up in the Bay Area. I went to U.C. Berkeley for college, and I'm currently a software developer at a great company in Palo Alto, where I build user interfaces and try to make complex software easier to use.

I have delusions of someday being some kind of cartoonist or illustrator if I ever get tired of this well-paying programming thing. I think that I would have liked to dabble in graffiti if I weren't so respectful of other people's property and weren't such a goody-two-shoes (and if I weren't concerned about toxic fumes).
I’m really good at
Being shy. Underselling myself. Solving problems. Writing upside down.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably that I'm awkward around people I don't know and that I tend to not make good first impressions.

How to solve other people's problems.

Playing games with coworkers.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once let myself into a stranger's unattended, parked car to turn its headlights off.

I also might technically be part zombie.
You should message me if
... any of the following is true:

* If you think there's a direct correlation between the decline of Spirograph and the rise in gang activity (or if you recognize the reference).

* If you think that we might get along, especially if you're both geeky and artistic.

* If I messaged you, even if it's just to tell me that you're not interested. I appreciate blunt honesty.

(And if you caught me visiting your profile without sending you a message, there's a high likelihood that I simply haven't built up the courage to say something yet.)
