My self-summary
I have lived in Colorado since the fall of 2007 and I have been enjoying it a lot. I moved here from San Diego and have no thoughts of moving back. I am an athletic person so I do really enjoy the obvious Colorado things going hiking, biking, and on mountain drives. I wish I was more into running but for some reason my lungs hate me. I really enjoy traveling and try and go on a different trip once or twice a year. Local Concerts are always fun along with cool bars with good beer, quiet nights at a coffee shop, or just on the sofa watching movies. I also really enjoy looking for situations to make my every day life more spontaneous. I hate it when I get to the end of a month and it feels like I did nothing new or memorable.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working for Dell and I am still in the Army reserves. I am always planning my next adventure whether it is visiting a friend on one of the coasts or my next international adventure.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Yeah..... a lot. Lets go with genres. I enjoy action, suspense, horror and comedy films. And yes i am not afraid to admit that i enjoy romance movies as well. Judge me if you must. I really enjoy spy thrillers or suspenseful books. And yes I have read the Harry Potter books... I can nerd out on occasion. Music is very broad for me as my original major in college was music performance. When it came to performing i played a lot of swing, Latin, and classical music. I am not a huge fan of rap or death metal and I only listen to country on occasion. I listen to a lot of what ever is on the radio mostly so i don't have to take the time to pick something. Some of the pop music I listen to my teenage self would probably punch me and judge me extensively for listening to. There aren't a whole lot of foods that I dislike. I will pretty much always try something once.
The six things I could never do without
1. Friends are a huge part of my life.
2. Family
3. Good food
4. Sports. I am a huge sports fan.
5. Barbecuing
6. Traveling
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My next adventure, family and how they are doing, whether or not to go back to school for information systems.
On a typical Friday night I am
I really don't have a typical Friday night so lets just say I'm either having a couple of beers or on my sofa being lazy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am an open book when we talk. We can leave it at that for now.
You should message me if
You are looking for something serious but don't mind not taking yourself to seriously all of the time. You are still reading and want to contact me.
