My self-summary
I find myself in a green meadow teeming with life, and I hear the calming sound of a neighboring brook. I take a deep breath and no longer fear discomfort or insecurity. What I see is the unending potential that is within me and each of us human beings. I feel whole again, like a child. I believe in magic and miracles and the freedom that comes from acceptance and letting go.

It's been an adventure for sure, and I'm excited to share it with new friends in openness and freedom.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a staff member for a graduate program at UCB. I spend a lot of my free time reading amazing books. I try to get out and climb as much as I can. I enjoy taking in the view, connecting with friends, letting my body go to some good music.
I’m really good at
Being, going with the flow, finding joy in the simple pleasures, making friends with all kinds of people and dogs and cats, understanding that it ain't no thang.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look as young as I feel, or that I have smiling eyes that morphs mischievous :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books... I would not be who I am without them. Some of them are like wise, old friends--Hesse, Steinbeck, Merton, Jung, Persig, Watts...

Good movies are almost as enriching as good books, and here are a few that are dear to me: Zelary, Barbarian Invasions, Kolya, Matrix, Kramer vs Kramer, Across the Universe, Best of Youth, Valentin, Big Fish, 12 Angry Men, Best Years of Our Lives, Nachoooo!!!

I enjoy music, theater, dance, art--all forms of human expression and creativity. And food....I love food it all its succulent variety.
Six things I could never do without
Love and connection
Openness and honesty
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Dreams, what is real, the lie beneath it all, the beauty and quiet strength of women, what I want, silence, being, the idea of the self/individual, how many selves are contained within the ego, how everything is connected, man the anarchist, how we become whole again.
