My self-summary
I'm an ambitious young professional who is looking for someone to spend my time with. While I'm still an introvert at heart, I'm definitely coming out of my shell a bit and starting to enjoy meeting new people. I'm calm, collected, and mature; you should be too. Really, I'm just looking for someone who wants some great conversation with someone interesting and to have some new fun adventures.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a web developer who is currently between jobs for the first time in three years. Graduated from Poly about 2.5 years ago. Just looking to have some good times with whatever friends I have left in town and hopefully broaden my horizons with some new ones.
I’m really good at
Making my feelings known, fulfilling my commitments, knowing what I want and knowing what I have to offer, listening, conversation, being comfortable with myself and my hobbies

As for less heavy/serious stuff... Rock climbing, video games, disc golf, computers, hiking, camping, going to concerts, etc.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably some nerdy shirt I'm wearing with an obscure quote from a movie/game/tv show. Yes, I have a shirt that says "Winter is Coming", and no I am not ashamed.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Game of Thrones, Ender's Game, Wheel of Time, Hunger Games

Movies - I'm a big movie buff, I love most sci-fi/fantasy/thrillers (aka Nerd movies) but am also a huge fan of comedy and drama
Django Unchained, Cloud Atlas, Scott Pilgrim v. the World, Anchorman, Pulp Fiction

Music - I'm a big alt rock fan, rap/electronica is alright to listen to when I'm with others but by myself it's all about rock.
Muse, Black Keys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, The Xx, Black Sabbath

Food - I have pretty simple tastes but I'm learning to venture out. Love Italian, Mexican, Chinese. Just bought my own grill and have been learning all sorts of new recipes to make good use out of it.
Six things I could never do without
My family/friends - Couldn't last very long in life without your people, will never forget that
My brain - probably my greatest personal asset
My computer - where I work, where I play.
My career - lets me live the life I choose

I think that covers the important stuff.. as for the last two.
Duke sandwiches at Cool Cats
3 day weekends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future, what I can do to improve myself, what I want in life and how I can achieve that, what my next step should be. Pretty much at a transitional point in life and deciding where I want things to go.
On a typical Friday night I am
hanging out with friends drinking a few beers, playing board/card games, going downtown on occasion, at the gym climbing, enjoying a night at home on my computer, or watching a movie on my gloriously comfortable sectional couch
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I think my tendency to be too nice/agreeable makes people feel like they can depend on me too much or more than they should.
You should message me if
You're looking for some good conversation. Would love just to chat, have a drink, or whatever. Maybe go on an adventure if it seems like fun. Could be just friends or something more, depends on if we click or not.
