Experience and stimulation are the true things that give a life context and lead to fulfillment (look at me getting all zen up in here) but unfortunatley 98% of this country seems to think otherwise. Hopefully that ratio isn't so harsh online, but im staying cynical :P
- Reaching tall things
-Attempting to outchef Jamie Oliver when it comes to making Pizza. there is literally no such thing as too many different toppings. I assure you.
- Learning new and virtually pointless information, then being blown away by said knowledge
-Consistently, without fail, calculating the incorrect time of the day by at least an hour.
-Refusing to give my car a service. i know, its kind of sadistic.
- My Shoes could function as small ocean liners for a family of borrowers
-I understand the concept of balance, but fail completely in its implementation
Altered Carbon - Richard Morgan
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
Revelation Space - Alastair Reynolds
Slaugterhouse 5 - Kurt Vonnegurt
Any old Asimov stuff - that stuff was like dreamfood as a child
Pi (not the one with a tiger, although thats kinda cool too)
+ about 3200 others, i love GOOD movies
Music - Anything from indie rock to electronica. love my old school stuff (queen, acdc, van halen) but anything with reasonable lyrical content ill be quite happy listening to.
Food, erm pizzas and mexican food win out. if someone is able to master a good pizza taco, im putty in your hands.
The Internet and all of its random glory
My car (i hate you but i still need you)
