My self-summary
I was born in a place, grew up in a few other places, and now I live in this place! I hate self summaries but I would mostly describe myself through the use of several vague but positive adjectives. I love food, laughing, and good times on a level roughly equal to everything else with 26 chromosomes. My Myers Briggs is IDGAF.

I am partnered and open with QueerPolyFemme.
What I’m doing with my life
Former bike mechanic/messenger, now I work for a fixed-wireless ISP startup. I climb towers, install antennas, work on websites, and do lots of random startup related tasks.

Meanwhile I’m working on putting my illustration degree to use and trying to flip the job/hobby equation around, again.
I’m really good at
Painting, Photoshop, fixing bikes, pen & ink, reaching things that are up high, the internet, looking cool in sunglasses, cooking but not baking, mixing Manhattans, defusing an awkward situation with more awkwardness.
The first things people usually notice about me
My pretty eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'll read anything if it's engaging, humorous or well illustrated. I'm not ashamed to say I will read a book just for the pictures. I like anything from Alexandre Dumas to Frank Herbert to Douglas Adams to Alan Moore. I'm rereading ASoIaF before the new season starts.

I love movies. Don't make me pick favorites. That said, I'll rewatch The Fifth Element or Ghostbusters at the first opportunity. Fear and Loathing, The Shining, Drag Me to Hell, and Wet Hot American Summer too. And Adam West's Batman. Plus about 900 more.

Lately I'm into Parks & Rec, Game of Thrones, and Archer. Community. Mitchell & Webb and Key & Peele. Breaking Bad. Fraggle Rock, still, because I refuse to grow up.

The Black Keys are my longtime favorite band but in the shower I usually sing motown. Ratatat, RJD2, Royksopp, The Rolling Stones, Rival Sons and Radiohead are my favorite bands starting with R.

I'm an adventurous eater, and I'll go out of my way to eat something I've never tried. But I can also eat the same thing every day for a week and not get bored. If I could only eat one cuisine for the rest of my life, I'd be super sad but probably go with Mexican.

Buffalo Trace is my very favorite bourbon.
Six things I could never do without

-A bike
I spend a lot of time thinking about
You can buy a whole slab of bacon (9-11lbs!) on Amazon for like $77. I've been thinking about that a lot lately.
On a typical Friday night I am
Partyin' like a rockstar. Or chillin' like a villain. Or hangin' like... um... an orangutan.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have kind of a dorky hobby...
You should message me if

... or if you wanna, I dunno, go for a bike ride or something.
