My self-summary
I explore. I talk. I learn. I touch. I move. I think. I read. I laugh. I question. I dance. I listen. I play. I travel. I feel. I live. I thrive. I love. I die. I am... human.

I'm curious. I'm into science. I ride my bike around. I enjoy nature and the outdoors. I visit museums. I'm tactile. I'm sexual. I observe the culture of the city. I try to make the world better - starting with San Francisco. I'm open-minded.

I'm here to meet interesting people with no expectations. I'm open to connections on all levels.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm finding my place here in SF and working to make my impact on the world. I can say that my current job is the best I've had so far. I work for an amazing nonprofit with a mission that resonates deeply with me. I volunteer for other nonprofits. I stay active. I'm always learning something new. I'm discovering everything I can about this city, and helping people along the way.
I’m really good at
Being aware. Moving to music. Asking questions. Answering questions. Thinking. Solving problems quickly. Talking. Bringing a conversation full-circle. Being honest with myself. Admitting my faults and weaknesses as well as my strengths. Noticing minute details while also seeing the big picture.
The first things people usually notice about me
My curiosity about everything. My engaging eyes. What color are they? My quick wit and multi-faceted sense of humor. I'm talkative and social.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I really like Carl Sagan and all of his books. I prefer nonfiction - mostly about science and nature.

I enjoy watching movies, but I'd rather be outdoors exploring. I generally prefer dramas and cerebral movies but also enjoy emotional ones. Here's a partial list: About a Boy, A Beautiful Mind, Being John Malkovich, Contact, Crash, Equilibrium, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Trilogy), In Bruges, Inception, The Jacket, Love Actually (no shame), The Machinist, The Messenger, Midnight in Paris, Minority Report, Moon, Office Space, Pulp Fiction, The Reader, Requiem for a Dream, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, The Shawshank Redemption, Slumdog Millionaire, Synecdoche New York, Up in the Air, and V for Vendetta.

I hardly ever watch TV. I find myself spending most of my time with other more engaging activities. Some shows I've enjoyed in the past include: COSMOS, The Office, 30 Rock, Seinfeld, How I Met Your Mother, Chopped, Law & Order, Doctor Who, and House. I also like educational shows about science and nature (Planet Earth, Nature, etc).

Music moves me. I play it while I ride my bike. It makes me happy, as well as people nearby. I am very open and will listen to many types, including classical. Lately I've been much more into EDM. Sometimes I listen to lighter rock/alternative. I love just about anything with piano. Some of my favorite bands and artists include ATB, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Keane, The Killers, Lindsey Stirling, and OneRepublic.

I'm an omnivore. I used to be very picky and afraid to try new foods. Now I'm not. My sweet tooth can be my downfall. That is all.
Six things I could never do without
Go planet?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Science. Religion. Human behavior/culture/society. How everything works. Seeing the world. The cosmos. Sex.
On a typical Friday night I am
There is no typical Friday night in my world. I could be movin' and groovin' - especially on my bike. I could be eating or drinking, playing, having fun, adventuring, or exploring the city. Sometimes I'm meeting new people - it could be you this Friday.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm not very private. What would you like to know? Ask me anything.
You should message me if
You'd like to meet me in person and see if we connect on any level, with no expectations. I enjoy conversation here, but I'd rather spend more of our time talking face-to-face instead. What are you waiting for?
