My self-summary
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, moved to Somerville for work and play.

I love live music, going to baseball games, the beach, cooking, reading, and cracking jokes.
What I’m doing with my life
By night, I play guitar in a punk band.

By day, I work as an IT tech for a VFX house.

By weekend, I'm exploring new places in Boston and STILL trying to learn Massachusetts geography.

Lately...listening to a LOT of the "How Did This Get Made?" podcast.
I’m really good at
Home brewing. I make 4 to 5 batches of beer every year. My last batch was an Apricot Hefeweizen. Taking suggestions for my next one!
The first things people usually notice about me
Everyone around me is usually laughing.

(Not sure if it's with me or at me though...)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food: I love cooking--Italian food, steak, stir-fry, and chili are a few of my specialties. During the summer, there's no better time than standing over a grill with a beer in my hand. I'm also pretty good at baking--my Oreo pie has been known to cause tears of joy.

Books: I'll read pretty much anything you hand me. Recent reads: Stephen King's "Bazaar Of Bad Dreams," the NOFX oral history, Simon Rich's "The Last Girlfriend On Earth," & Jeremy Bushnell's "The Weirdness".

TV Shows: Breaking Bad, Rick & Morty, The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, Community, The Venture Brothers, Archer, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, and MST3K are just a handful.

Movies: Fight Club, The Slammin' Salmon, The Avengers, Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Bastards, Ghostbusters, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, True Romance, Goodfellas, Jaws, etc. I watch tons of movies. Horror films are my guilty pleasure--especially the Friday the 13th movies.

Music: Favorite bands are Green Day, Screeching Weasel, Rancid, Brand New, and The Ramones.
The six things I could never do without
Pizza (six times).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That Futurama episode with Seymour the Dog will make me cry every single time.
You should message me if
You want to grab a beer at the Aeronaut Brewing Company or hit a punk show at The Middle East or check out the Museum of Science. My life is already pretty sweet, but I'd love someone to share it all with...or at least have a laugh and some good times with.

Or come see my band---we're playing a ton of shows in the next few months. (Shameless plug---www.garbagepoint.com)

(I don't have a car, so really only looking for people in the general Boston/Somerville/Cambridge area. But I'll make an exception if you're cool.)
