My self-summary
I like to do interesting things. I enjoy learning stuff but I'm probably someone who learns little bits of different things rather than becoming a master in one subject.
I like to read books, and enjoy debates, and I don't take myself too seriously I'm happy to be out of my league and just stick my oar in anyway. I also really like to have fun, and I'd describe myself as quite a natural and playful person at times.
I am well travelled, but it all seems a long time ago, I'd love to travel more again, and have some adventures.
I like trying new hobbies, such as photography, learning the guitar etc. I did take up running and complete a ten K race but my calf muscle went a bit funny and that was my excuse to stop!

I like watching documentaries, going to the cinema, walks and beaches!

I think I have an adventurous spirit but I'm quite chilled out really!
What I’m doing with my life
What am I doing with my life? Well i can't tell you everything now - we'd have nothing to talk about when we meet!

Living in Leeds, enjoying the culture, opportunities and social aspects of living here. Involved in Wellbeing projects.

Hanging out with friends, listening to music .
I’m really good at
Putting people at ease... (I think!?) someone told me once? This is hard...
Getting lost... in places that I have been to many many times..
Pretending to be a damsel in distress when faced with carparking fees
Cutting my feet with inappropriate footwear ! Buying stuff I don't need from second hand shops, to take it back to the same shop months later! - Although this is changing, as I am decluttering right now !
The first things people usually notice about me
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Erm....I tend to have lots of different books on the go at the same time, different genres. So, I am reading a 70's psychotherapy book on Jung byJune Singer, a book on Egypt which I bought at Leeds museum, after seeing the LEEDS Mummy! Also a book on music.
Music, very eclectic, as I think music is all about mood, I am by no means a music snob, and love everything from pop - even found myself singing to 'One Direction' the other day (briefly, before I knew who it was), to classical, jazz, Beatles, Simon & Garf etc etc Love lots of films, too many to mention. Don't go to shows so much but would definitely be up for it. Food - I do eat meat but I'm feeling very guilty when I watch the lambs and calves jump around in spring... So I only eat it once a week and it has to be high welfare. Try and eat fruit and vegetables!!
Six things I could never do without
1) Sleep
2) Music/dancing
3) Friends
4) Kindness
5) Love
6) Laughter
(clearly really it would be water, air etc !! )
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Love !!
The Universe - what's it all about? WHAT IS IT? Does it have an end or go on for ever?
Meaning of life..
etc etc
How can I be healthier!
On a typical Friday night I am
Nothing is really that typical in my life. Cooking some nice food? Out with friends? Catching a film? Occasionally go out dancing.. reading a nice book & chatting to good friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Ok I have some skeletons in my closet, but you'd have to get to know me very well first !!! (that was metaphorical - of course!)
You should message me if
You are kind, interesting, intelligent, fun, understanding and romantic . You can also make me laugh. You are a decent guy.
