I am passionate about making the world a better place and being the most loving compassionate person I can be. I am seeking a partner with whom I can share this goal with and who will challenge me. As part of this, I have a social justice ethos and am also seeking a partner to share this with. I am a life long learner and would like someone who is also constantly curious about the world around them. I am the mother to 1 dog and 2 cats, so animal lover is a must. Patience, kindness, a dry wit and a sexy smile greatly appreciated ;)
I am a social introvert, preferring small groups to wild parties. It should also be meantioned that I am fat (this is a deal breaker for many) and I do Not wish to be any size other then the one I am. I am kink and poly friendly. I can be neurotic and uptight.
Messages with more 'meat' then "hey how are you?" Will get a response, even if it's just to let you know I'm not interested. The inverse is also true.
For fun, I garden, knit, do crosswords, read and follow the Orioles.

Why people set themselves up in traditional family structures. I think that a lot of people think this will guarantee them safety and stability ans care. And it can. But there are other ways to do this. And marriage with kids isn't necessarily for everyone. And that it seems like a lot of people feel alienated and trapped by this model. What would it look like if this was one of severa options and not the de facto one?
How to call people out on their use of oppressive language without completely offending them.
You are radical/genderqueer/anarcho/anti-authoritarian.
You understand why using the word 'lame' is fucked up.
You have an extra ticket to seats behind home plate at an oriole game ;)
You would enjoy cooking a locally, functionally organic, pastured meal for me on cast iron.
You are not opposed to making, and keeping, dates ahead of time. And you don't "ghost" people. You have enough respect, kindness and balls to tell someone your no longer interested in seeing them.
