Here are some basics about me. Father of 1, agnostic, vegetarian, registered independent, sarcastic to a fault, eternal optimist, businessman, beer over liquor any day, handy with houses and cars, bachelors degree, insatiable thirst for knowledge, science lover, nature lover, avid hiker, and ready to go on my last first date.
I am on a serious quest to find the woman I want to marry. One of my favorite books is "The Five Love Languages" by Gary Chapman. It lays out in great detail how to communicate with your other half and teaches how to build a lasting loving relationship. I can't decide if I fall into the category of quality time or words of affirmation but I hope you can help me to figure that out. What's your love language?
If you mention the words hiking, travel, or Colorado then you will instantly have my full attention! It feels great to disconnect from the rest of the world and live in the moment with nature surrounding you. The beauty of nature never fails.
The things that are most important to me in a relationship are honesty/transparency, communication, and respect. I live by the motto, " If you have nothing to hide then hide nothing" With that said, I feel it important to share that I currently live in the same household as my daughter's mom. We don't share a room and her other daughter lives here too. This all has to do with our recent move to Arizona and ensuring that my daughter has equal access to both of us. I will be buying my own property in 2017 and we will no longer be room mates. I am open to any questions that you may have about this arrangement.
