My self-summary
Pretty into art and everyday beauty. New ideas. Evolving my beliefs and behaviors every day. Silliness - oh, silliness! :) Super interested in people and connection. I moved to NY in May from San Francisco, living with my best friend, which has been amazing. We signed up for a CSA box and I've been cooking up a storm on the weekly.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in the corporate world, supporting people in making their 9-5 meaningful and rewarding. I spend time doing crossfit and yoga. Weekend warrioring, camping, traveling with East Coast family to get to know the region. Getting into the mindblowing DIY arts scene in Brooklyn - that really inspires me!
I’m really good at
I'm almost too good at puns (but make sure you see my "most private thing" below before you get TOO turned on). Every word is an opportunity for poetry...
The first things people usually notice about me
Pretty frequently, people feel like they have met me before. Not sure what that's about, but I like it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I don't really read books from start to finish. Mostly, I read a few at a time on psychology, Buddhism, and various kind of skill-building.

Movies: Don't watch a ton.

Music: I LOVE live bossanova with vocals. I also like jazzy loungy electronica like Gotan Project and Lemon Jelly. Hip hop and old timey jazz singers.

Food: My favorite foods are either warm and spicy (Thai, Indian, etc.) or cool and sweet (fruits and ice cream). Yum. :)

TV: Pretty much Amy Schumer and the Daily Show. Accidentally typed Daily Shoe - I kinda would like to watch that, too.
The six things I could never do without
I'd try really hard not to turn into a sad little muffin without:
Peak experiences
Total indulgence
Freedom of spirit/expression
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My next adventure. Human behavior. Getting to know myself. How I can be awesome in my work and the world. My to-do list. Philosophy, perception. Interesting and beautiful things I notice.
On a typical Friday night I am
Always some kind of prancing. Often prancing my way outta town.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My worst pun ever. I wrote "good morning" on my boss's whiteboard. Next to it, I drew a goat (as in, "goat morning"). Needless to say, nobody got it (goat it?) and I erased it a few days later in defeat.
