What I’m doing with my life
I work at an animal shelter.
I’m really good at
Being what I guess you'd call "low drama". As of this writing, the sum total drama in my life consists of some minor pending dental work and the failure of the power locks in my car. That's it. No family problems, no kids, no major financial disasters (knock on wood), no medical issues and so on. My life, compared to that of many of my coworkers and friends, is pretty calm and simple.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Authors: Terry Pratchett, Charles Stross, Kim Harrison and others.

Movies: Too many to list (thank you Netflix).

Shows (Lately): Time Team, Agatha Christie's Poirot, Murdoch Mysteries, Mythbusters, Dr. Who, Sherlock.

Music: Very little that I don't like; had to change out the car stereo for one that accepts a flash drive and every room in the house has a stereo system...

Food: Indian, Thai, Japanese, French, BBQ... anything good really.
Six things I could never do without
In no particular order:
My pets
My family
well, at the moment I can't think of anything else.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the Universe and Everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Retreating from the world and decompressing from the week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am sometimes painfully shy and have no idea how to start a conversation.
You should message me if
You are brave enough to make the first move.
