My self-summary
I am thoughtful, compassionate and passionate about life.

I'm also willing to laugh at myself. I love corny jokes and never take myself seriously, even when I am being very emphatic about something. I can be sarcastic but always compassionate. I am gentle with others but I can be very frustrated at perceived ignorance and hatred. I believe in justice, equality, peace and love. I believe love is stronger than any army.

I like smart people but not dull people. I like funny people but not rude people. I like myself, but not enough to be self-centered. I like to learn about other people, cultures and ideas. I like people who are grounded in their own being and comfortable being themselves.
What I’m doing with my life
I teach. I speak. I work way too much.

When I'm not working I am playing Wii, playing the piano, or hanging out with friends at a local coffee shop or concert. I like to work out and eat really good food--which is not so good for the body--and then work out more to make up for it.

I like quiet evenings at home, long walks in the park, and long trips to Canada to see my friends.
I’m really good at
Laughing. Music. Conversation. Love.
The first things people usually notice about me
is my honest and true sincerity about people and their well being.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
how to combat the evil selfishness and myopic behaviors that run rampant in our country's political, social and economic systems. And what I'm going to have for dinner.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually at Salsa Dance class, or finding time to be at home, watching TV, or hanging out with friends. Once in awhile I will dance at the club until I'm hot and sweaty and cannot stand any longer.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
that there is more to me than this profile.
You should message me if
you would like to talk, chat or have a new friend.
