My self-summary
I just moved back to the valley after 22 years in San Diego. I moved there for college and moved back for family. It's nice to be home...I think.
I'm an introvert and a homebody. I am child-free by choice.
Send me an email, I'm an open book.
What I’m doing with my life
hand-talking, improv-acting, stern-show-listening, culture-jamming, tread-mill-running, non-fiction-book-reading, people-observing, and simple-life-keeping
I’m really good at
boggle.
The first things people usually notice about me
...are hardly indicative of who I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Howard Stern (daily since 1993), Bill Maher, coffee-flavored coffee, documentary films, It's Always Sunny, hip-hop (Jedi Mind Tricks, Killer Mike, Mr. Lif, Aesop Rock, Action Bronson, etc) I like some indie stuff (Neutral Milk Hotel, Built to Spill, Raveonettes). Shout-out to Jethro Tull. Shout out to NoFx.
I read a lot of non-fiction (Naomi Klein, Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, Michael Pollan, Tim Wise) but I love stories by David Sedaris, Dave Eggers, Phillip Roth, and of course, Charles Bukowski.
I just finished reading Sundown Towns by James Loewen and it has really impacted how I see society. If you're into that kinda thing, I'd recommend it.
The six things I could never do without
air
water
food
shelter
a purpose
good health
I spend a lot of time thinking about
...how much time I spend thinking.
On a typical Friday night I am
maxin' and relaxin'
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I FIFO my cans of cat food.

I have a crush on Anonymous.
You should message me if
...you are so inclined. I'm friendly.

However, if your profile picture is of you showing off your guns, your arms, or your car - I may not respond.
