My self-summary
This is sad - too many who are angry here

I'm fairly new to this part of MA. I have a nice house with 2 fireplaces and a reasonable cook's kitchen. I would love to find a genuine woman who wants to be off line with a genuine guy. I have varied tastes in music, movies, books, activities, etc. It is about the person I am with, or my current mood, etc. If I can change the way I look at things the things I look at can change. My point is that it is who you are and yes, your eyes and smile - you look at the photos first, too :). If either of us is misleading about things it will come out and then there's no recovery. But, I try to look at this as "if we just met in public (the dreaded real world), might we hit it off?" If so then I generally don't get too concerned with "how we match" and say hello and when I do so it is with the respect you (everyone) deserves. If we match, and feel we have met the person we expected, then it should flow and we'll figure it out.

So, I try to have high hopes without expectations - But what if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about? :)

Oh yeah - Yes, I smoke but only when alone (or with other smokers) and never in my house (or any house).
What I’m doing with my life
Travelling as much as possible. Making Scrabble boards and other things as well
I’m really good at
cooking, dancing, time management, packing a trunk
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile and offbeat humor
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I eat almost anything and am a very good cook. I like most music - it depends on my mood and such. I prefer small venues to large concerts. I am pretty open minded when it comes to most things.
The six things I could never do without
Things that sustain life and humor. While There are things I "own", and don't want to do without, I could live in a cave with bad puns and be happy. As I read in an Isaac Asimov book once about humans evolving in to a dolphin like animal - "humans are still humans, when we are laying on a beach and one of us farts, everyone laughs" :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why people on line are so inconsiderate of others. Why some have time to be on line and no time off line.
On a typical Friday night I am
Considering a lobotomy for being on line at all
You should message me if
you are looking to meet a great guy and get off line :) Really, if you aren't actually willing to meet someone, we aren't a match. If you enjoy the email and text phase of being on line and resist ever getting on the phone and possibly meeting - we are not a match!
