My self-summary
Canadian living in the madness that is SF. I acquire books faster than I can read them, talk more or less constantly, and am still trying to find a good local.

Despite having become loud and talkative as I've aged I still self-identify as an introvert, which mostly just confuses people.
What I’m doing with my life
Working for a consultancy that does things like send me half way around the world on 36 hours notice (thankfully the exception rather than the norm), and making my life work within that context.
I’m really good at
Googling things, dad jokes, eating burritos quickly, inadvertently having lazy afternoons, telling people twice my age how to do their job better
The first things people usually notice about me
That my brain is filled with odd bits of trivia, that I'm modestly tall, or increasingly that I'm Canadian because my accent is apparently way more noticeable than I thought.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Trying to exhaustively catalog these would be silly and I'm bad at choosing. I'll happily talk your ear off about any of these things though.
Six things I could never do without
1. My friends
2. Thunderstorms
3. Pizza
4. Cute puppies on the street
5. Karaoke
6. numbered lists
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What a mess the tech industry is, where I want to travel next, and what I'm going to eat today.
On a typical Friday night I am
Having conversations with friends about god knows what over drinks at homes and/or bars.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit that I'm a sucker for terrible pop songs.
You should message me if
it strikes your fancy.
