My self-summary
Just your average nice guy with some well above average friends and a family that is completely insane. I tend to look on the bright side of life, and when there isn't one I find a torch!

I am generous, loyal, very protective of those I hold dear and I get along with most people I meet. My favourite words include "spontaneous", "whimsical", "shenanigans" and "dollop".
What I’m doing with my life
By day, I work in a fairly unique and varied role for a prominent Australian retailer.
By night, I write, produce and perform on stage.
Between day and night I learn magic tricks, teach origami and play the clarinet.

OK, I lie - I don't know how to play the clarinet
I’m really good at
Making strangers laugh. Oh and karaoke (the two are not mutually exclusive)
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm kinda loud? I also tend to slip into weird voices at odd moments in conversation. Sorry
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime, Holding the Man, The Belgariad and like a MILLION more

Movies - Back to the Future trilogy, Life as a House, Moulin Rouge, Little Miss Sunshine, Have You Met My Son?, anything by Marvel, and like a BILLION more

TV Shows - Game of Thrones, RuPaul's Drag Race, Happy Endings, Vicar of Dibley, IT Crowd, Stargate (all of them), Charmed, and like a QUADRILLION more

Music - Jason Mraz (before he sold out), Lior, Queen, Scissor Sisters, Nina Simone and a SQUINTILLION more (including pretty much any musical theatre)

Food - Pretty much everything except for chicken feet and olives. Ew.
The six things I could never do without
Computer (doubles as a TV)
Notebook (and pen)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The fact that I think about everything way too much
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends wherever they may be - my place, their place, a clubby place or a quiet place
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I used to steal chalk from the classroom when I was in Year 2. No reason, other than it tasted good (refer to favorite foods list above)
