My self-summary
Alright, here goes Jenna in a nut shell...

Much like everyone else in this city, I love my dog, love to travel, and love to cook. Unlike everyone else in this city, I've never been skiing (although I'm open to trying), I don't particularly love hiking, and I don't have a profile picture on a mountain (although I do have a picture with TWO orcas, so that's pretty awesome). I'm half city girl and half water lover. I love the buzz of the city, but I also really love escaping to go kayaking or sailing or just going to a beach. I guess that makes Seattle a pretty perfect place for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to figure out what a person does with a physics major. I've been at boeing for 8 years, and have a great job, but I still feel like I'm no closer to answering that question. So far what I have learned is that I love science and Engineering is a poor replacement. I try to volunteer in the science's as often as possible to stay satisfied.
I’m really good at
winning contests. I'm pretty lucky and have won way more than my fair share. The biggest win was an all expense paid trip to Universal Studios in Florida, complete with a red carpet event with the cast of Harry Potter.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'll make this short since this is usually the part I skip over reading. I like books movies and TV, but if you are a good person, I don't really care if you like reading different genres than I like. That said, I like ready mysteries and thrillers, and I'm hooked on reality tv.

Music isn't super important to me, so I probably won't fight you over picking the radio station.
The six things I could never do without
my dog
Audiobooks (i like real books too, but its easier to find time for audiobooks)
Salty sea air
Text messaging. I really hate talking on the phone.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to make "professional vacationer" a viable career.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually something relaxing with my dog. Mostly that means getting a drink at one of the dog friendly bars (shout out to Norm's!) taking a long walk around Ballard, or Netflix.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a bit (i promise, just a bit!) of a Disney nerd. My highlight for 2015 was getting to take my nephew to Disneyland for the first time. I can't wait to do it again in a few years with my niece.
You should message me if
I sound interesting, you think we would hit it off, and you want more than a pen pal.
