My self-summary
Life fascinates me. As does the idea of the impossible task of self summarizing the uniqueness of personage. But here we go..

I'm a seeking spiritualist who is constantly reading and striving to live mindfully in a spirit of self actualization. My passion and 'work' in vocal music allows me to grow with and help others to discover the healing and expressive potential of their human voice.

I continually strive to live each day from a foundational sense of gratitude and find that gratitude begets gratitude. I try to live this, because it works.
What I’m doing with my life
I finished all my work and dissertation for my doctorate in Sacred Music. Finally!

Right now I'm the Director of all Choral Activities at a Local university. Love working with young adults from choral music from Palestrina to Modern . I draw inspiration from their unique and maturing out look on life.

When I'm not working, I'm usually running or exercising and balancing that with meditation and sound yoga. And probably drinking unhealthy amounts of coffee :)
I’m really good at
Seeing the virtuous qualities in people before their perceived faults, and celebrating their awesomeness with them.
The first things people usually notice about me
Is that I immediately respect and admire them. They have no respect to earn from me, because they're already valuable and blessed in my eyes.

The six things I could never do without
The human voice; a beautiful pen; black coffee brewed or pressed with love; my precious nieces and nephews; books that challenge my consciousness to expand; human intimacy in all forms.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
where I left my car keys and how the time I spend searching for them thusly alters the entire course of my life's trajectory.
On a typical Friday night I am
having quiet movie nights with a handful from my inner circle and feeling grateful for the next morning when I can sleep in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Private? Seems like that comes later.
You should message me if
