My self-summary
You wouldn't think this would be so hard to complete; I write and edit for a living. Okay, here goes...I'm just going to ramble. I just turned 56 and it was a bit of a shock. Inside, I am still in my 20's or 30's. My last tough birthday was 50, but I was in Europe with my best friends, so really, it could hardly be called painful!

Learning new things is a passion of mine. I don't ever want to stop learning. Knowledge is like food to me; it nourishes me, sustains me, and satiates me. So it is no surprise that I love reading and research and experiencing new things. I am passionate about anything I love and enjoy including sex. I have always had a very strong sex drive and a willingness to explore my sexuality in different ways.

Oddly enough, I tend to be shy at first, though stimulating conversation gets me over my shyness pretty quickly. When in group situations, my shyness lingers unless I have a role to play in the event.

I am not a religious person, but I am a spiritual one. I am very open-minded and enjoy spiritual conversations. Religious debate on the other hand is a complete turn off and causes me to shut down. I believe in allowing others to have their opinions without my needing them to embrace my point of view. I insist on being granted the same consideration.

I think it's important for me to note that I do not drink at all. I have been clean and sober for 30 years. It does not bother me if others drink around me, though I detest drunks. But if you are looking for someone to enjoy fine wines with, then I am not your girl.

I love to laugh. I love to be creative. I love to think young, play young, and live young!
What I’m doing with my life
I am trying new things; life is just too short not to try everything that interests you at least once. I recently started taking BJJ and am loving it much to my surprise! I never thought getting that close to sweaty strangers would be fun, but it really is great for stress relief.
