Friends of mine claim I'm smart however I'm somewhat skeptical about that. Maybe I'm just being humble, I don't know. To be honest I like drinking. How much? Say like around 8 to 10 beers practically every night. Why be so candid? Because, I don't want to give anybody false pretenses. It would be nice to make friends that also enjoys drinking as well and knows how to handle themselves while being inebriated and not turn into an asshole. I like to get my buzz on and have some laughs and good times, that's the point of the drinking.

I like Italian, Asian, Mexican, German, and French food. I'm pretty good at cooking Italian, Asian and Mexican style dishes. I came up with an interesting recipe using papaya as a steak marinade. The idea here is that there is a protein digesting enzyme in the papaya plant called papain. It tenderizes the steak and the seeds in the papaya have a taste that is very similar to black pepper. The papaya can be used as a base to make a Caribbean jerk style marinade and the papaya is so effective at tenderizing that if you leave the steak in the marinade for more than a few hours, it is possible that your steak will have dissolved into the mixture. Sirloins come out fork tender when cooked medium rare.
