My self-summary
I take my clothes off, paint myself, and ride my bike through Fremont to celebrate the Solstice. I wear my onsie to the grocery store to buy beer and cheese-its at 2 am. I studied physics at CU-Boulder where I worked in a lab setting up lasers, machining aluminum, and learning that its not a good idea to rub magnets on a computer (still can't live that one down). I enjoy sitting alone at the bar, reading a book, and striking up conversations with strangers. I'm a fun date.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm training for my first STP! I started seriously biking in October 2014, and just completed my first ride around Lake Washington.

I work as an Applications Engineer at an imaging company, volunteer at a local tool library, and make crafts with friends.
I’m really good at
Deciphering acronyms. TLAs are my specialty.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm told my smile (but probably my ass)

Food
On a typical Friday night I am
Playing board games with friends (Settlers of Catan is the current favorite), perhaps drinking a couple beers, and planning our adventure for the night. That adventure might involve dancing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am irrationally upset that Pluto is not technically a planet anymore.

You need to borrow a table saw, band saw or biscuit joiner

Want to play Pandemic

Especially if you live in Cap Hill

Want to go for a walk in the rain in the Arboretum.

Already know how its going

Agree that there is no way to know if we'll hit it off unless we meet up. I like to exchange a few messages first so I can get a feel for if I think we have the potential to intellectually (or otherwise) stimulate each other .
