My self-summary
Electronica composer/label boss, and book/film/music lover. Working on a few music projects, so hoping 2015 is a good year.

Always good to get out somewhere, but appreciate my down time too. Planning to see more of the UK this year, and maybe start on Europe. Any favourite places I should start with?
What I’m doing with my life
Working in the studio. Reading, watching films, listening to music.
I’m really good at
Giving advice and finding the positives in any situation. Always helps.
The first things people usually notice about me
Eyes, so I've been told. Or the black jeans/black t-shirt look I always seem to be going with. Fashion advice, anyone?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A strong belief in the 'if it's good, it's good' approach, which results in me being seen as a film buff/musicologist/culture snob (delete as applicable). Highlights include:

Books: Haruki Murakami, Scarlett Thomas, James Herbert, Gwendoline Riley, Taichi Yamada

Films: Stand By Me, GoodFellas, The Shining, Jaws, The Exorcist, Lost In Translation, most John Cusack films, Almost Famous, Jerry Maguire, Elizabethtown, Empire Records, Me Without You, The Right Stuff, Apocalypse Now, Platoon, Halloween, The Thing, The Fog, Bruce Lee films, X-Files, Perfect Blue, Paprika, Vampire Hunter D, Starter For Ten, Rec, Hallam Foe, True Romance

Music: Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp, Muse, Editors, Deep Purple, Pearl Jam, Ulrich Schnauss, Jon Hopkins, Coldplay, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Boards Of Canada, Led Zeppelin, Motorhead, Spiritual Beggars, Beth Orton, Tina Dico, Slowdive, Jools Holland, Stereophonics, Sia, Sophie Barker, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Audioslave/RATM, Pet Shop Boys, Four Tet, Plaid

Food: Pizza, Fish, Chicken, Pasta, Rice, Chocolate and too much Tea. And certain combinations of the above, depending on my sense of adventure.
The six things I could never do without
People
Music
Films
Sunlight
The sea
Books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The perfect profile, and opening message. Does it exist? The past, present and future. What do I need to do, to get where I want to be? Am I already there? Other big stuff. What was there before the Big Bang? And if it was nothing, where did everything come from?
On a typical Friday night I am
Having a few drinks in town, playing pool or watching the music shows on BBC4. Maybe I can learn something from the pros.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
wouldn't be private if I wrote it here!
You should message me if
you're the creative type. Always good to talk plans and ideas. You want to. Why pressure yourself? You don't know, if you don't go. Say hello. Be good to hear from you.
