I enjoy many hobbies which include fencing (although I must admit I'm a klutz), needlework and my latest craze is wire weaving (making jewelry), oh... and playing with molten metal, specifically pewter. I have now added archery and fetching to the mix of hobbies.
FYI, I do not have any sisters on here nor brothers - sorry. However, I do have a husband (who has his own profile somewhere on this websitemarc-tally) and three children who do *NOT* have a profile on here. Ok, that that last bit was tacky, but hey, I did state that I'm not so good at these types of thingies.
I'm here to learn about myself and possibly meet some new folks. I am not too sure where this will go, but hey, I figure - why not? Life is too short not to try and hence here I am trying.
My interests include, but not limited to people watching. I do enjoy dancing especially the older early century stuff. I enjoy listening to all different types of music even the older early century stuff. I enjoy learning a new skills. I enjoy reading. I enjoy....wow, I've realized that there are many things that I enjoy. :)
I am an active member of the SCA which provides the background to many of my hobbies. Actually, the SCA can be one BIG hobby, with lots of secondary bits here and there. I have not yet figured how to create a profession out of this hobby. If you have any ideas, please share them with me.
I consider myself curious, understanding, and loving.
What about you?
My all time favorite movie is Princess Bride; second favorite would have to be The Sound of Music with a close third of Hook. Robin Williams ROCKS! I do enjoy improv as well!
I enjoy many genres of music with the sole exception of thrash metal which usually gives me a headache, so I avoid it as much as possible.
Food: Yes, I like food - who doesn't? Do I have a particular type that I enjoy best? Not really, depends on my mood at the time. I've enjoyed many different cuisines over the years. :)
A comfy, snuggly pillow to lay my head down at night (sounds tacky- I know)
Music - I can't imagine a world without music. :-)
Oh.. water is a must too!
Not sure of a sixth item to list.... suggest something!
