My self-summary
My father was military so I have lived in lots of places. Key West, fla, japan, california, tennessee. I have also traveled a lot. Spent a month in europe and been to italy, france, switzerland, spain, england, scotland and tunis.
I sing and play a little keyboards. I also like doing outdoor stuff like scuba diving, kayaking, shooting, camping etc.. (Would like to try skiing and maybe sky diving too). I like social events, entertaining, wine tasting, plays, shows, movies, travel, reading etc.,

I am funny, intelligent, and spontaneous
What I’m doing with my life
Recently divorced and recovering from that. Looking for new things to do and people to meet and see. Doing things that I put on hold or did a lot less when I was married.
I’m really good at
I've been told I'm a pretty good singer. I'll let you be the judge of that. I Like to sing stuff like journey, styx, kansas, boston, etc., but like all kinds of music. I'm also pretty good at shooting. Being married with children I have become a decent cook; again, I'll let you be the judge of that...
The first things people usually notice about me
My sense of humor and that I try to treat everybody the same.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies. Hmmm. Titanic, aliens, gladiator. Books...there's just too many. But Pillars of the earth by ken follet is good. Authors I like are Nicolas sparks, michael connelly, james patterson, lee child (jack reacher series?), to name a few. I like all kinds of food, american and all types of ethnic foods. Sushi is a favorite. Raw oysters and a cold beer!
Six things I could never do without
1. Music
2. Good food, close friends and a bottle of wine (is that 3? did I just cheat?)
3. My kids
4. Traveling
5. Books and Movies
6. Honor
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Freedom from the corporate noose and traveling the world again. 3 weeks a year just doesn't cut it. Been thinking a lot about panama, equador and costa rica. Heard it's actually like 1950's america down there and affordable.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out to dinner, the movies, listening or playing music somewhere, meeting up with friends, going to a play, or concert, at home cooking dinner. I'm up for almost anything.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I have a website on Sushi...
Go ahead... Check it out!
(you know you want too...)
You should message me if
You are someone who is happy and content with the simple things in life. Anything from watching a movie to going to a fine restaurant and talking about things over a glass of wine (beer's ok too!). Also someone who enjoys cultural things like plays, shows, wine tasting classes, football/hockey games, etc., and like to be spontaneous and try new things. If you like to travel and enjoy the historical as well as cultural things about traveling, we need to talk. If you really like music, well I play, so that might be another reason.
