My self-summary
I thought I'd write something else than this 17 years oldish virgino-frustrated presentation but the whiny "I'm good at being friendzoned/please look at me" part was way too funny to delete. I'm preserving this as a testimony from our time. For science.

A beautiful waste! All those promises of brilliant academic future destroyed by some immature great intellect ("Ma'am : only one child out of a thousand come to life with such IQ and capacities") who found better to write poetry than to read it, who preferred Tolkien to Proust, Nietzsche to Kant, One Piece to "La France des 26 Régions", Jim Carrey to anybody in Citizen Kane, Nirvana to Xenakis, Strapping Young Lad to John Cage, beard to "you should go model"-face...
What I’m doing with my life
Research in social sciences (especially about the Aztec civilization) and teaching take some hours on my weeks but I'm most of all the bass player of the greatest bands you could imagine! Apart from lyrics, I write poetry, begin a new fantasy novel everyday (which will never be finished 'cause writing demands patience), I practice martial arts (not only in front of my videogaming-TV but also in a Dojo), enjoy discovering unexpected weird places near to mine... Thinking about my faves RPG's scenarii and strategies is a full-time job. I'm an actor, even if my musical involvement doesn't let me really much time for the plays. (I managed to direct one last year however.). I take stupid risks all the time, experience dangerous-known things and can now name a pretty cool number of policemen in town.
I’m really good at
Being friendzoned
Wayne's World
Hurting with sarcasms
The first things people usually notice about me
Tall guy
Blue-eyed guy
Blond guy
Kind of scary / strange guy
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Tolkien, K Dick, Moorcock, Nietzsche, Wilde, Nerval, Flaubert, Pullman, Poe, underground French writers...

All the traditional geek suit : Star Wars, LOTR, Avatar, Wayne's World, any of Jim Carrey's featuring movies, but also horror films, like "À l'Intérieur" or "Martyrs". Mission Cleopatra is required to understand all of my speeches.

South Park, stupid brainwashing paranormal shows.

Opeth, Opeth, Opeth and all that kind of intelligent, always surprising music! Some unforgivable teenage crushes : Folk-Metal bands (Eluveitie, Finntroll and co), and, obviously all the 1990's Seattle Scene : KUUUUUUUURT!!!! LAAAAAAAAAYNE!!!! But along with these youth sins, you find NIN, Strapping Young Lad (and all of mister Townsend work), King Crimson, Hawkwind, Mötorhead, Atomic Rooster, Anton Dvorak (ta ta ta ta tata!), Manson, RHCP, Pastorius, Weather Report, Hendrix, Marcus Miller, RPG and epic movies-OST (of course), AC/DC, Glam-heavy ending 1980's sound, Eminem, Tupac, Snoop Dogg ONLY ON DOOGYSTYLE, Rammstein, Brahms, Beethoven, Johnny Cash, Neil Young, Amon Amarth, (I have to be honest : that's NOT a youth sin), Dir En Grey, Sigh, Blue Oyster Cült, Black Sabbath...

Whisky. (I mean good one : Jack is ok but is nothing compared to a Caol Ila or Kilchoman...).
The six things I could never do without
A bass
A pen and some paper
A tonalpohualli (very useful)
Some epic book
Mountains at least once a year
My bands (and that means the crew!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
"I should have done this already..."
On a typical Friday night I am
Working on and thinking about the Saturday night party. And there's no better thinking place than a bar.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
You'll have to buy me another fifth of whisky if you want to know!
You should message me if
You feel so! Behind the Grunge lays a gentleman! Really!
