My self-summary
I am ready for that one deep and lasting connection with a man who is my best friend, confidante and lover, a man who will hold my hand and smile about all the great times still to come. Are you out there? I hope so.

Fitness has always been part of my life and I hope it is part of yours, too. I jog, do a bit of weight lifting and take dance classes at least twice a week to stay in shape. Hiking in the redwoods is also very high on my list of best places to be on the weekend and would love to have you join me.

When I’m not dancing or hiking, the artist in me gets out, from time to time, to visit museums, art galleries, attend the ballet or theater. If season tickets to the SF Ballet or Curran Theater are interesting to you then we may be a perfect match.

I prefer meeting in person earlier rather than later but also enjoy clever email banter. Which do you prefer?
What I’m doing with my life
Working for a Silicon Valley start up and loving it.

And I've already mentioned the dancing. I try to stay in shape other ways so I don't injure myself dancing. I could use a partner for hiking or biking or jogging to stay fit in between dance classes. Anyone interested in joining me?
I’m really good at
Planning. That sounds so dull and boring but it is true. I can use this skill to create fun for us - which isn't boring at all.
The first things people usually notice about me
People frequently ask if I was a dancer. I guess your body never quite forgets the training!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love a good detective novel, music that you can dance to, food that fills your mouth with flavor, texture and scent.
Six things I could never do without
Morning coffee, my son, regular exercise, girlfriends, my smartphone, the internet

Disclaimer: This section asked about "things" so I'm not inclined to list love, beauty, elegance, simplicity, etc here. :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
After offering up an anecdote from my life, people often say "you should write a book!". This has happened so often that I'm beginning to wonder if it is true. Could I write a book?
On a typical Friday night I am
On Friday I usually want to relax and unwind so I can go into the weekend feeling great.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
If it's some combination of blue, sparkling, soft and warm I will probably like it.
You should message me if
You are up for a date that could lead to something more.
The two of us
