I'm Colin. I am 28 years of age, and grew up in Ireland for 22 years of my life, got 2 degrees in Business and became a musician. I know, right?
Music, learning new things and meeting and getting to know awesome people are what my life is about at the moment, and I've been wonderfully lucky with everybody in my life, but sometimes if you want to find someone special, you have to look elsewhere. Looking for some fun times and a good connection that may lead to meeting the person I get to share a portion of my life with.
I love it when it involves coffee and really good conversation. If anyone loves doing that, you are in my good books.
Also, lists. All the lists.
I'm great at cooking, I play a couple instruments, I'm a singer, I read people really well, I lift heavy things off the ground, and apparently I'm a really good storyteller! I've just been told I'm really good at having an Irish accent. Not sure if that counts but it's going in anyway.
"He's a tank"
"What a lovely hugger"
"His laugh is pretty infectious"
"He doesn't sound like he looks"
"Nice beard, fella"
"Is he Irish? He is, I think"
"He drinks Guinness, stereotypical?"
"Fuck, his eyelashes are longer than mine!"
Music: Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, QOTSA, Rodrigo y Gabriela, James Brown, Luciano Pavarotti, Gnarls Barkley, and most other soul, blues and rock, hippity hoppity.
Food: I love food, and cooking, and will challenge myself to make anything taste gorgeous. That said though, I tend to stick to stuff that is proven to be nice already, and trying to improve on it. Cauliflower is not allowed in my kitchen. Or Scallions.
Books:I'm BIG into biographies - Stephen Fry's, Richard Branson's, Kurt Cobain's, Bill Hicks', Jeff Buckley's, Anne Frank's Diary, I even read Jonathan Ross' one; It was shite. He is brilliant though.
An occasional sense of well being interspursed with moments of clarity and vision in relation to future aspirations
the stupidest thing I would do for a million pounds
