My self-summary
As my stupid name implies, an artist--usually photography. I love going thrifting and all kinds of design and style. I'm a big fan of lamps. When it comes to women, I am a man of simple tastes: I would like to meet a girl who will dress as either, a) a princess or, b) a unicorn, depending on the context.

Sorry this is so absurd. I am somewhat more normal than this profile might suggest, I just have trouble taking some of this seriously. I've lived all over this great big world (Ok, not all over--New York, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, and England). I studied literature at a liberal arts college, but I prefer comics now. I like to laugh and--jesus, this sucks. Just email me. (btw I only like Prince from the 80s-early 90s.))
What I’m doing with my life
I'm wandering around purposefully. I'm a photographer and I also do other kinds of art, and I'm showing my work whenever I can. And I have a little business on the side. If you know anyone who needs a white bengal tiger, contact me asap!
I’m really good at
-trying to think of quirky things to say about myself--I am actually not good at this
-giving (though not necessarily taking) good advice
-wiggling my ears (one at a time!)
-teaching myself to do creative things
-walking fast
-taking pictures
-misusing grammar intentionally
-losing things
-giving little gifts
-knowing random things
-analyzing stuff and making sense of it
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile, I guess, because I'm usually smiling. Cheesy but true.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite Music: I love music, but I've been out of the loop. If you can show me knew stuff, that'd be awesome. Aphex Twin, Bill Evans, Cut Copy, David Bowie, Girls, Kanye West, King Tubby, LCD Soundsystem, My Bloody Valentine, Nick Drake, Pavement, Pet Shop Boys, Pulp, Tindersticks, Vic Chesnutt, Velvet Underground, Wu Tang Clan

Books: Virginia Woolf, Thomas Pynchon, Raymond Chandler, Dashiell Hammett, William Blake, etc

Movies: any David Lynch (except Dune and Lost Highway], The Thing, Jean Pierre Melville, Spirited Away, all Sergio Leone, Hitchcock, Dario Argento, Akira Kurosawa, classics, Bogart movies, Noir flicks, some 80s movies (Night of the Comet) and on and on and on

Food: Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Corn Dogs, Indian, Italian, Philly cheesesteaks, hamburgers, middle eastern food and I'm sure some I'm missing
The six things I could never do without
I'm tired of doing this. Sleep, friends/family, music, shelter, thrift stores, and cameras
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Pugs. That's it. Pugs. (I do not have a pug.)
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching a movie or listening to music, reading or rolling with my homies, I guess. Also, sleeping.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once attempted to eat a whole stick of butter. OK, I actually just shoved a half a stick in my mouth. I do not suggest you try it.

-You like to cuddle, but not if it gets too hot.
-You have a cute haircut like in a French New Wave movie.
