My self-summary
Not dainty, chock-full of fun. Takes life as it comes, but plans all big-like. Love most everything, but bad tasting things. Contextualist. Boo, fundamentalist. Live entertainment in all forms is pretty important. Won't ever stop dreaming and won't ask others to do so. Dated the sun and lusted after the moon. Lived everywhere and got a piece of it in me. Pretty well-versed in culture and could hold my own on convo of Fassbinder, wood-working, Atari 2600, and the dignity of growing old.

I turn towards dive bars. Dig great food, but don't need to talk of it incessantly. Love baseball, Jim Thompson, and honesty. Follow my gut, trust my intellect, keep good company with good people and like to re-invent myself when necessary.

I got a great family, a former dog, am happy with my own smile and musical tastes. Hate conformity and extremists in any form. Quick to respond, but usually on the mark. My mark. Just be yourself and the rest will follow.

Don't care what you do unless you do. Traveling is essential and a turnover in basketball. I don't want to judge people, i try not too, but occasionally fail. I got me a well-earned belly, but not out of control one.

Really, I like me, but not overly into me. Seeing what's down the road.
What I’m doing with my life
What day of the week is it? I do the arts, teach/hire people and make a living at it. And I am a pretty good Dad.
I’m really good at
laughing and making others do it. verbally sparring. music trivia. mustering up some grub. being open to others, being open to myself, been told i am a good smoocher.
The first things people usually notice about me
Smile and how I avoid angry mobs.

Six things I could never do without
A decent periodical, a stiff tea, a nice forgiving somebody, guilt-free pleasure, my own ipod, and constant medical attention.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
if it all is what it all is.
On a typical Friday night I am
making out with strangers and asking their thoughts on favored nation trade status. Or at a loud show of something.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That we all really fail more than we succeed, which is cool. And you have to get over yourself and own up to the good and bad. Look so far ahead that you gotta squint.
You should message me if
I am your emergency contact. Or if you have stalked or intend to stalk me. Or if you like spinach balls and have a good recipe for spinach balls.
