My self-summary
I'm a little bit crazy (ok, a lot crazy). I have a Creative Writing degree and currently working on my first novel. I'm really random, I love history and wondering about why things happened for the reasons they did. I am a huge fan of Renassiance festivals and Cirque du Soleil. How people and their languages evolved (linguistics). Why and how cultures change. I'm a thinker at heart. I worry and fret and think and plot and question everything. Constantly. I intend to live a life of constant learning and I adore reading.

I also adore my cat, Loki. I'm not a cat lady yet, but I'm sure it's coming eventually.

I'm a Romantic by heart and I really think that I belong in a different time period than the one I currently live in. I would big puffy dresses all the time cause they're pretty and then you can't see parts of people you shouldn't be seeing in decent society.
I'm a bit old-fashioned, but have a lot of modern ideas i.e. I'm pretty liberal in my beliefs (I don't care about your race/sexual orientation/religion etc because it's your life, not mine) but at the same time think that if everyone in the world would just use their mind and think a little the world would be in a lot better shape than it is now.

I am officially, and probably unhealthly, obsessed with Les Miserables (I've read the novel more than 10 times and own 5 different versions of the musical's recordings.), Doctor Who, Supernatural, and The Crow, among many other things like zombies.

I am morbid, odd, and imaginative
What I’m doing with my life
Losing weight, which is important to me right now cause I'm worried about my health. At this point in time I feel healthier and better than I have in my entire life! Trying to make my first novel long enough to send out to an agent.
I’m really good at
Being creative. Keeping a grudge. Day-dreaming about the future and the perfect man (for me at least). Being crazy. Thinking of very pointless and out-there things. Being random. Being loud.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes and my smile (apparently people find them beautiful). How short I am (5 feet exact which is where my profile name comes from and if you know what I mean you get extra extra kudo points). Uh, my loudness. I am a loud character. And apparently, very intimidating.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite books (in no real order except for Les Mis): Les Miserables, Watchmen, the Pendergast series by Preston and Child, Catcher in the Rye, the Chronicles of Narnia, philosophy books, dystopian fiction like 1984, A Clockwork Orange, Brave New World, Anne Rice, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, J.K. Rowling (yay! Harry Potter), Descendants of Darkness and graphic novels like The Crow and V for Vendetta and Watchmen and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and my favorite plays are Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, anything by Shakespeare (esp. Hamlet) and Adam Rapp. By the way, this is a very short version of what I read. I really have no boundaries to what I will read.

My favorite movies (in no real order): Inception, The Crow, Donnie Darko, Watchmen, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Fight Club, Reefer Madness, (500) Days of Summer, The Goonies, the Star Wars movies, the Lord of the Rings, Dracula (with Gary Oldman), V for Vendetta, Alison in Wonderland (live-action and cartoon), Interview with a Vampire, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, the Jackass movies. I'm not picky with the movies. I'll (usually) watch anything once.

TV Shows: Firefly, Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Big Bang Theory, White Collar, Supernatural, Psych, Criss Angel, 3rd Rock from the Sun, House, South Park, CSI (up until Grissom left then they started sucking hardcore), Gundam Wing, Full Metal Alchemist, Descendants of Darkness (that's all the anime I like. I'm not an anime watcher. So don't ask have you seen this or this or this cause I haven't). I also like Adult Swim: The Venture Brothers, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Metalacolpyse, Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

My favorite music genres are punk, gothic, metal, indie, industrial, trance, alternative and emo music and the artists I listen to (in alphabetical order) 30 Seconds to Mars, The 69 Eyes, The Academy Is . . ., AC/DC, Aerosmith, AFI, Alkaline Trio, Alannis Morressite, The All-American Rejects, The Almost, The Arcade Fire, Architecture in Helsinki, Assemblage 23, The Audition, Augustana, Barenaked Ladies, The Beatles, The Black Maria, The Blaqk Audio, Blink-182, Box Car Racer, Brand New, Breaking Benjamin, Bright Eyes, The Calling, Celtic Women, Cheap Trick, Chris Thile, Cirque du Soleil, the Clash, cKy, Coheed & Cambria, Covenant, The Cure, Cutthroat Shamrock, Daft Punk, David Bowie, Death Cab for Cutie, Dethklock, Depeche Mode, The Dresden Dolls, Dropkick Murphys, Eiffel 65, Eisley, Evanescence, Eve 6, Fall Out Boy, Finch, Flogging Molly, Florence and the Machine, Foo Fighters, Framing Hanley, Gaelic Storm, Garbage, Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls, Gwar, Hawthorne Heights, Hellogoodbye, H.I.M., Jack’s Mannequin, Jet, Jewel, Josh Groban, Kill Hannah, Lady GaGa, Les Miserables, Linkin Park, The Mars Volta, Marilyn Manson, Matchbox Romance, Michelle Branch, Modest Mouse, Motion City Soundtrack, the Moulin Rouge soundtracks, MSI, My Chemical Romance, Nickel Creek, Nine Inch Nails, Nirvana, The Offspring, Over the Rhine, Paramore, the Phantom of the Opera, the Plain White Ts, Queen, Regina Spektor, RENT, Rise Against, Rob Zombie, The Rocket Summer, Roger Klug, The Screaming Mimes, Sean Watkins, Seether, Senses Fail, Sheryl Crow, The Smithereens, Something Corporate, Songs for a New World, Spamalot, the Starting Line, Straylight Run, Sugarcult, Sum 41, Taking Back Sunday, Three Days Grace, Three Doors Down, Thursday, Tokio Hotel, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, The Used, Vanessa Carlton, Weezer, Wicked, Wussy, Yellowcard

My favorite foods are: pizza, spaghetti, Subway and Panera Bread. Salad. I freaking love salad. Lettuce, bacon bits, Italian cheese, croutons, (sometimes shrimp) and French dressing. But number one ultimate favorite thing is Italian food. Olive Garden. Holy crap, I freaking love Olive Garden. I also like wine and fruity, sugary, girl drinks.
Six things I could never do without
My pillow (to lay my head on when I'm sleepy),
my blanket (to cuddle with and when I'm cold),
my iPod (because my day just isn't not right without music),
some type of book (cause I constantly need to have to something to read),
a journal (to write in so my creative thoughts don't overtake me)
and a pencil (to write stuff down with).

I suppose I should have put something like clothes or food or water or air down as a choice, but I think everyone kinda realizes that everyone would die without them (with the exception of the clothes of course).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
the afterlife (what happens after we die, where we go, the normal questions), how we got here, why are we here, is there life outside of Earth (which there is damnit. I know there has to be!), music, things to write about. My dream life and dream guy (my head lives in the clouds most of the time and I'm a real romantic). I always think about if he's out there and if I'll ever find that one for me.
I typically think of really odd things all the time. All the time. Random, philosophical things that don't let me sleep until I eventually argue against myself to sleep.
Things I don't like about myself. I'm my own worst enemy and I really need an off-switch for my head, but haven't found it yet.

Why Fox is such a dick and didn't give Firefly a chance. How hot the Winchester brothers are. And Misha Collins--how awesome he is. John Barrowman. *dreamy sigh* (I am a little bit of a fangirl, I will admit but not some crazy Twi-tard fan). How amazing Inception was. And every single question that Nolan wanted you to ask, I've asked and thought about and analyzed.

How the world is going to end is something I think a lot about.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with my best-friends, watching a movie or reading a book. Trying to write my novel. Sitting somewhere talking. At a concert/live music venue, or looking for somewhere cool to hang out.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a thing for guys in a three-piece suit. Seriously. *wipes drool off of my face*
I don't have a lot of private things. I'm very open and like the "shock factor" where I'll say anything in public to get a reaction (and it's true as well). I guess that I talk out loud to myself? But, hey. Ask and I'll tell you.
You should message me if
If we have something in common; if you've not looked through my questions and seen how compatible we are and message me anyway, I'll look before I answer.

If you have a cure for turning the talky switch in my brain off, please contact me. If you have any movie/book/band suggestions please let me know. I'm always looking out for new things to love. If you know an awesome musical venue in the Dayton to Cincinnati, upper Kentucky area let me know! I'm usually really bored!
