I have a good job that I enjoy but life is not all about working. In my downtime I am usually out hiking with my dog, hanging out with friends or family and being an amateur chef.
I'm also a proud and devoted uncle to a beautiful little niece.
Cooking. I explored being a chef a few years back and went to culinary school to learn all I could. In the end it wasn't the life for me but I loved the experience. Italian, Latin and Asian fusion are some of my specialties.
I'm also into mixology. Just as dangerous with a shaker in my hand as a knife. I bring dinner and drinks to a whole new level!
