My self-summary
I'm a hopeless, bumbling, curmudgeonly, affable, charming geek and I wear bowties now, bowties are cool.

I recently got a job helping run a new board gaming store and lounge in Westboro, The Games For All Lounge and Store! I also do design and illustration for it's parent company Uniforge. It's a creative fun job. Ask me about it!

On the side, I do illustrating and animating to help pad out the paychecks and to have a bit of beer money in my pocket. My friends mean the world to me and I love being able to buy them a round from time to time.

I'm looking for someone who will provide endless amounts of conversation, clever insight and who will know the perfect time to knock me down a peg. Trust me, I need that sometimes.

Also looking to get into better shape, so someone who wants to go biking and out for long walks would be great.
What I’m doing with my life
Wearing bowties whenever I can.

Playing boardgames down at the pub every Monday night.

Organizing events around town. Usually geeky ones, always fun for everybody. Recently helped run a burlesque show - Tassels and Tabletop! Huge success!

Also doing design and animation on a freelance basis and it's great.

Trying to figure out what the rest of my life is shaped like.

Worrying it's shaped like something pointy.

I'm trying to expand the ways I spend my time, I ain't no one trick pony and I wanna see what kinda mind expanding trouble I can get into. Any ideas?
I’m really good at
Sprucing up anecdotes.
Telling tall tales.
Moving my eyebrows seperately. Remembering obscure boardgame rules. Staying in character.
Making pithy speeches.
Saying the right thing at the right time.
Catching cats.
Running fun events!
Organizing theme parties and group halloween costumes.
Taking it out and chopping it up.
The first things people usually notice about me
Most people who know me know that there is no difference between my
indoor voice and my outdoor voice, so you can usually hear me
before you see me. Like a reverse lightning bolt, or

And they also say "Boy, that guy looks a bit like Dan Akroyd in the
fantastic film 'Ghostbusters'!" To which I say: "Thanks, I think?"

Six things I could never do without
A drinking buddy.
My family.
A story to tell.
Music, oh music.
Mom hugs.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Theories. My personal Philosophy. Whether or not the people in my life are happy. Whether or not *I'm* happy. How the Doctor is gonna get himself out of THIS one. Christmas. The amazing-ness of riding the bus. What would happen if I met a real life wizard. Whether or not I should keep the beard.
On a typical Friday night I am
Likely shooting the shit with some friends over a board game, or going for beers at a pub.

Lately, I've been trying out various new restaurants around town! Always looking for company.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I dunno, I'd spill the beans, but all that does is wreck some perfectly good beans.
You should message me if
You want a funny, honest, loyal guy, who will make you laugh, dance with you at weddings and watch cartoons with you Saturday morning (everyone loves Saturday Morning cartoons, so don't even try and tell me you don't.)
