I want to find someone that I can be quite silly with...Also intellectual, sweet, caring and generous together.
I used to be a professional comedian in California while I was in the Air Force and love childish/nonsense humor. I like to say that I am like a 12-year-old at a sleepover, but no one its coming to pick me up in the morning. I am a Data Specialist/Developer & IT Hardware Manager for an online art retailer.
I have a PhD in Religious Philosophy and undergrads in Economics & Sociology.
I love the sports! Everyday I am like "hey, where is there a sports to watch sports players perform in their costumes and cheer at?!" (I don't watch sports, ever)
Music: Every type. Seriously, that is not a cop-out
Movies: Sci-fi, comedy, drama
TV: The Simpsons, Futurama, Arrested Development, Arrow, The Flash, Daredevil, Starate, Sons of Anarchy, The Daily Show, Colbert, Rachel Maddox, Thom Hartmann.
Everyday I listen to Thom Hartmann, NPR Democracy Now!, etc...
I love the theatre (you can tell because I spelled it with an 're' instead of 'er' ;-). I watch plays, ballet, symphonies, Stand-up, music concerts, etc...Love nerdy movies in the theater.
My cat, Lucy-fur

There is a saying:
confidence is the elixir of the wise and the poison of the fool.
Socrates said he is wise who knows that he knows nothing.
So there is a conflict amongst the intellects. You need confidence in your Well, I am a long distance runner and spend my free time building furniture, car repairs, home repairs etc...so I am fairly strong and know how to work with my hands to be an intellectual, but confidence in your knowledge makes you a fool. It's a paradox.
Lately, I have been thinking about people who say they are "tracking" when they mean they "understand"... It's just silly to me for some reason.
